Issue Description (Required):

Cannot sign in. Steps taken so far:

-Disable mods
-ipconfig /flushdns
-Restart modem
-Restart Steam
-Sign out/sign in Steam
-Sign out Steam all other home PCs
-Uninstall, delete all local game folders, reinstall
-Update AMD drivers

Hi Jarude, are you using a normal home network, or a semi-public one such as those on college campuses, military bases, etc.?

Home network. I have tested set as Private and Public.

I have also added Darktide & the AntiCheat .exe to Windows firewall exclusions, applicable to both Public and Private.

Almost identical to me; I haven’t been able to play for months now.

I have also performed a factory reset on my router. No change.

Day 250 of not being able to play the game I paid for.

ISP was Bell, is now Rogers. Issue persists across ISPs. It does not look to be ISP-related at this point.

When I disable Windows Firewall to Private networks, I can login.

However there are no conflicting rules that block traffic to 443.

I then set a blanket rule allowing all port-based traffic to 443. Still failed.

I then did a test rule allowing ALL outbound traffic. Still failed.

I then added inbound traffic rule for Darktide, DarktideLauncher, and EAC. Still failed.

I must emphasize there are no conflicting rules.

Windows firewall logging shows DROP TCP:

Have confirmed PID 3620 is Darktide.exe.
