Backend Error : 1342

Issue Summary:
Just completed Halescourge. Portal freeze happens and instead of end screen I get this error. Start game again, no rewards. Feel empty inside.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Beat Legend
  2. Enter portal
  3. ???

Rare (< 10%)

This seems to have been a result of our backend service needing to spin up additional services in order to meet with the free weekend demand, it’s not a perfect science and sadly can result in being dips in stability. We’re sorry for this.

Does this mean the issue is under investigation?

I just encountered the same issue too, it is incredibly frustrating when completing a game just to get this error.

Not to mention the constant disconnection… I’m tempted to ask Steam for a refund -_-
