Backend Error 1000

I have been trying to play this game for the past 3 days and I’ve been getting nothing but Backend Error 1000. Everytime I research the topic I get nothing. I’m wondering if there’s something i’m doing wrong

I even scrubbed my pc clean with a fresh install and it’s still the same backend error 1000

Thank you for the URL. I believe some data in your account is corrupted and consequently resulting in the errors you’re seeing.

I’ve passed this on to our Backend Engineer who can hopefully address this tomorrow - I’ll be in contact.
