Autogun ADS Bug on Controllers

Issue Description:
Some sort of auto-aim drags the aim of controllers off target when using ADS on autoguns and moving the control sticks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn on controller (only tested on xbox 1 wireless controller).
2. Equip infantry or headhunter autogun.
3. ADS and move either left or right stick while firing.
4. Watch aim rise from aggressive aim assist.

Weapon bugs with controller

Issue Description: Bug with Lucius pattern lasguns and Autoguns with ADS. The Lucius often fails to charge properly while in ADS. Often the first shot will charge and subsequent shots may or may not charge until the firing button is pressed multiple times. This seems like some sort of input recognition failure. Tried it briefly on most recent patch. Seems to be fixed. Will reply again if I find any autoguns that weren’t fixed.
