I keep completing the whole mission without being downed but from some odd reason the game doesn’t could it, I still get the rewards etc but it doesn’t seem to count towards my completion. Just wondering if it’s something I’m doing wrong, not dying or anything and not losing my streak so I’m a bit confused.

When you say “the whole mission“ do you actually mean the whole mission?
Or did you join into missions that were already in progress?
Also, just to make sure.
Are you playing the right type of mission to progress this penance?
I’ve been getting the same. I think you need to start in the lobby, which is really stupid as you have no control over that. I had 3 games in a row yesterday without being downed and not a single one counted towards the penance, presumably because each time the matchmaking put me into an existing game.

It’s the same criteria as the steam unlock - 10 missions no downs one.
You’ve gotta play the whole mission. From striding out of the valkyrie to being picked up at the end.
And also, if you die in any mission of that level - even if it wouldn’t have counted - you still get your progress reset.
So I guess answer is to quit repeatedly til you get one you can start!
