I have completed 3 auric maelstrom missions in a row without dying and the counter is still at zero.

I can only assume this is because I started a tiny bit into the map instead of the lobby screen… But seeing as there is only 1 option to load a maelstrom game then I think this is incredibly unfair and must be a bug. 3 matches in a row! Not even 1 game awarded on the auric storm survivor penance.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Choose auric maelstrom on mission board
  2. Have the eccentric menu system choose the game for you
  3. Have no option other than to jump into the auric maelstrom match already started
  4. Spend 35 minutes of blood sweat and tears surviving and rescuing team mates whilst not dying
  5. Finish the match without dying.
  6. Do steps 1-5 multiple times
  7. Feel utterly deflated that the auric storm survivor ticker is still at zero after 3 successful matches without dying, because there is no actual lobby choice in this game.

All penances that require no death or no downs must be started from the lobby. It sucks that you don’t have control over joining an in progress game (a check box option would be lovely). If you join an in progress game you will keep your current streak but will lose it if you fail the condition, you will not however be able to make progress.

Meanwhile its bugged in the inverse also, I died in a game and then the very next game got the purple title to complete 10 auric missions in a row with no deaths
