Anyone else not getting credit for penance missions?

Its happened a couple times that Ive noticed now. I started with 1/5 Auric Maelstrom missions for A.S.S. then completed 2 more without dying and only have 2/5 now. May have ocurred more but have noticed at least two different times I didnt receive credit. Others experience this?

They only count if you start from the lobby.
If you get dropped in an ongoing mission, you might as well just leave ASAP because
a) they don’t count for the penance
and
b) you got a high chance of being dropped into literal fire, get downed and die.

It just a really stupid system/penance…

They clicked “undo” on 3 of my penances last update. Reported. “Acknowledged” as bugs. Nothing done.

I’ll also add as an FYI to anyone who doesn’t know/didn’t realize yet: the mission modifier penances do not count if done in Havoc. So don’t waste your time if you’re trying to double dip.

Just a heads up that “Acknowledged” means support has seen the ticket and they don’t currently need more info. It doesn’t mean the developers have looked into it and confirmed that it’s a bug.

But of course yours does sound like a bug!

Yeah what’s so annoying is one is the Zealot private penance “just a flesh wound” which I did 7 times and reported cos it wouldn’t clock… THEN around december, it clocked finally… then in March/April… unclocked and since, no matter how many times I do it, it won’t clock again. How much of an FU is that lol?!

Good info. Though I did two missions from the lobby, successfully completed, no deaths for me, and received no credit for one of them. Happened twice for me. The penances are f’d up. I was recently trying to finish Onslaught and was getting nowhere. It was reported and acknowledged that they were looking into it and readily, for FS, fixed their mistake (had increased max stacks but didn’t adjust the penance).

I wonder if they dont count doing the same exact mission two times in a row perhaps? If so that’s f’d up too. And I bet if you do the same CONSECUTIVE mission and die your penance resets.
