Yes, have the same bug which prevents from Empowering weapons…
2 separate bugs? The placeholder text on Armourbane is there (obviously a bug), but it does not appear to have a bearing on the ability to empower the weapon; at least, not in my experience

maybe because i marked a weapon and it cant empower ?
I don’t think it’s to do with changing your weapon in any way. I have seen this on just about every weapon I have tried to empower.
I have also seen suggestions of it being the display scaling on your primary monitor (in this reddit post), but their suggestion is to set the scaling to 100%, which mine is already at.
Mine is also favourited, so, I dunno.
Does this happen every single time with this specific weapon, or does it happen across the board? I’m interested in whether this is a weird one off or whether it’s replicable.
I’ve seen similar mis-aligned UI elements (at other vendors like Melk), but they usually fix themselves after I either change resolutions when I’m in fullscreen mode or change display modes (Borderless windowed seems to function the best overall and have the least amount of bugged UI elements)
