Empower Menu is sometimes not brought up
It initiates in the state that is shown in the Screenshot, and sometimes the action to bring it up doesn’t happen

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Open Empower Menu
  2. Select item
  3. Menu is down there

Here to confirm that I have the same issue. Appears to be on all 5 characters and 100% of the time for me. I can no longer empower anything.

When the crafting update first launched the UI was higher up, and I did empower a couple things. Then a small patch came out and it’s been like described above ever since.
