Arbitrator is helpless against monsters

Please do, if you can. I’m sure we can find a few things to help you improve and make the game feel a lot smoother for you.

Nope. — > BOLTER w BLEED.< —

How does one not sound condescending when the explanation is to…click your mouse on the thing you’re trying to kill? Kinda hard not to call skill issue.

I only run BTL forceful cop and even burgle isn’t that bad, just the usual pain to fight it always is.

Also, he didn’t choose to ask for advice fighting monsters, he chose to start a topic that arbites is bad at it. Getting what you wish for there, innit?

Because that doesn’t apply when you have to consider the chosen talents, blessings, perks, difficulty, how seasoned he is, what combos he’s using, and so on. For you it might seem that simple, because you and I are much more versed in the game.

True. Now imagine you’re a newer player going up against it. It’s the one boss I dislike the most.

Be honest with me. How many times have we seen topics where the title alone made it clear the person was frustrated about something? Jumping in with git gud comments is what you expect from kids trying to stir things up, not from people actually trying to help.

cmon you can do better

What is the shock maul bug I’ve seen referenced here?

Special action/attack (the shock swing) then before the animation is done switch to your ranged.

You are truly lucky to live in a time where people are willing to humor this insane incompetence and overall just lack of common sense or care.

Calling for balancing against Havoc makes all regular difficulties trivial.

Thanks for saying it again

That’s why Havoc must be ignored totally for balance purpose.

Sorry guy, but it’s your problem, not class one. Monsters in this game on their own are weaklings. And 2 of them can be cheesed with ledges, all of them can be killed with some doors on maps.

In my games they either nuked fast or left for last, arbites or not.

To be a threat, we would need that monstrosities have at least 5 times the HP and that they deal 50% more damages
But then, a single player (when all his teammate died) would just die when having to face such threat.

they need something minotaur-ish to eat stamina like rations and actually be a menace to tank individually in melee. I know solo players just dropped a brick thinking about it.

a single or even multiple bosses needing a combined effort to get past isn’t a bad thing.

far more bearable on the “solo-mind” than having to cherry pick a loadout and talents and go on a havoc job interview spree :squinting_face_with_tongue:

get together, whack the boss, get back to racing the killfeed…. aint the worst pace for a match

I would prefer if they had some more mechanical threats instead kinda like what burgle already have, but for other two.

So how comes that this class is not trivialising Havoc, but performs even worse than other classes there?

yellow toughness comes to mind, courtesy of artificial numbers game that is havoc :man_shrugging:

sadly after all these “seasons” the corset remains the same.

say, as a test, we remove it from the game along with bubble, dueling sword and maybe one or two other things and see what happens

I don’t mind even if Havoc will be removed.

Yet it doesn’t explain why Arbites is OP and gets a nerf every other update, when you can do way more rediculos stuff with any other class.

let’s say we would indeed take the hypothetical test.

no yellow toughness as a base.

arbites getting back toughness, among 4(?) other things, from “walking”

wouldn’t that “survivability”, when all others lost theirs to a degree, put him ahead of the curve?

I mean what gives the other classes the ability to “perform” in the first place? having their golden shower and marching on , no?

if that’s the only thing this class excels at, why not

other can do some crazy damage

this one can stand extra punishment (bulwark for a reason)
