Adamant Will on Arbitrator states it can let you block all attacks on perfect block. It works against overheads, but does not work against ranged attacks. Meaning it’s not all attacks. The description could maybe be updated to state it lets you block overheads instead of all attacks.

  • Try to block ranged attacks while adamant will is active

The talent says you can block “all attacks” : This should include ranged attacks, or specify it doesn’t work with ranged

Because he can indeed do it
Fat Shark should really provide a basic effect for perfect blocking, rather than relying solely on blessings to achieve it. Without blessings, perfect blocking will not provide any benefits to players

Because “all attacks” include all forms of attacks : if an ability says “you can block all attacks in the game”, i’m gonna rightfully assume it works on all attacks includign ranged ones, and not “all attacks except some arbitrary ones”
