Whether you have purchased an item from the Commodore’s Vestures by accident, don’t like the way it looks on your operative, or are simply no longer interested in it, we’re happy to refund you.
The cosmetic item will be removed from your inventory, and the Aquilas spent on the cosmetic item will be returned to your available balance.
However, please be aware that we are limiting our refund window to 14 days.
This means you must contact us by submitting a ticket or via the Fatshark Forum’s ‘Technical Support’ category within 14 days of purchase for us to be able to issue a refund.
Please be aware that if you contact us after the 14-day window has expired, we will no longer be able to process a refund.

Hi again, I have one bandana in Veteran mode that hasn’t been used for more than 14 days, and I also bought a set from Zealot that I want to return, but I don’t want a cash refund as I’ll be buying another skin. Can I get it directly to my account as Aquilas?
More than 14 days = no refund
Just gonna preface this with: I’m not affiliated with Fatshark in any way.
As outlined in the support article, you need to have submitted a ticket or contacted Fatshark in the Technical Support forums within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
All refunds on cosmetic purchases will be in the form of aquilas.
That is kinda the point of the funny-money layer is that they are practically non-refundable.
Best bet is to send in a support ticket, worst case they’ll decline it for being over the deadline of 14 days or you might just get luckly and they’ll do the refund anyways (very unlikely though)
