Hi, I’ve played versus on release for a month. After a while you added anti-cheat that blocks anything. Cheaters play the game, regular player with Windows LTSE cannot join any match because it thinks I am a cheater. Very funny. I don’t know what to do. I’ve waited for a whole year for fix. No fix.

Re-instal, full deleting and re-instal, drivers update - all these things have no effect

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Join Versus any Characters
  2. Queue match
  3. Anti-Cheat blocks me

We migrated to a newer EAC version, so it’s possible that something isn’t playing nicely between the Win LTSC OS you use, and EAC.

What is the specific EAC error message that is displayed? Could you detail this or share a screenshot please?

Also, if you can provide a console log from a session the error occurs, and a zip of your EAC folder this may give us some clues.

To get your EAC folder zip:

  1. Press Windows + R

  2. Enter ‘%appdata%’ and press ‘Ok’

  3. Right-click on the folder ‘EasyAntiCheat’ and select ‘Compress to ZIP file’

  4. Upload the ZIP file to us here

No problem, thanks! So this may mean that a timeout is occurring. If you haven’t already done so, please check the following:

  • Check if ‘Small Network Packets’ is enabled, and try disabling this. You can disable ‘Small Network Packets’ within Vermintide 2’s ‘Network’ panel.
