Seriously, this is the new best blessing in the game. Forget dueling swords, let’s talk Tactical Axes. Fast attacks, high mobility, high damage, high armor piercing. Add Brutal Momentum and you have excellent crowd control. Now add Agile and you’re functionally immortal.
The fact that it’s on weakspot hit, not kill, is insane. Five whole new dodges every time you get a headshot. This is not a difficult task. All hail the Atrox Mk II, god of Darktide - and its key to power, Agile, which lets you get away with some grade-A bull.
Considering fatshark gone out of their way to remove all unlimited dodge since they considered it unhealthy for the game, it’s quite strange it made it back to the game.
yea it is a good blessing
i think it’s fun and ok, revamps a bit the gameplay, and in the end you sacrifice a slot for being able to dodge more
while on paper it’s infinite dodges, there are still many situations where sometimes can also be not very consistent. for example bosses or when you are really really swarmed in a solo situation
but it’s a good blessing that has multiple synergies with certain builds for sure
i’m having fun recently with it
I would not say it is the new best blessing of the game. You loose a lot of DPS. However, as I said it today, I take a big pleasure with it.
And yes, I use it with tactical axe.
I have been testing it out on my tac axe combined with shred in a crit/cooldown reduction build on my zealot, and its pretty nice.
But i do feel the lack of dps compared to my normal combo of Headtaker/Shred, normally i would just tear through hordes with ease and dunk on elites, but with Agile there is a noticeable change in TTK.
I think i am personally gonna swap off it, having infinite dodges creates some bad habits that i dont want to retain when using other weapons.
It’s not just overpowered, it allows you to become invincible on zealot. It managed to solo almost all of the colosseum event on auric damnation when my full team went down.
Infinite dodges = infinite kiting
This reminds me of pre-stagger meta Vermintide 2.
You can literally stand in the middle of 12 scab machine gunners shooting you and infinitely dodge, making you take zero damage. This is the most busted survival perk in the game. As long as you’ve got a head to hit, you’re unkillable. Especially with a gap closer zealot using fury of the faithful.
I recommend headtaker on it to reach one tap breakpoints, otherwise taking down large hordes is pure suffering.
