This texture appears everywhere on the map.
This is normal when using low graphic settings.
Edit: Somehow i thought that was on low graphic settings.

It is, however, not normal when using max settings, and it has been this way for months.
The same texture issue appears later on near the third tome: around the slope leading up to the windmill.
