Strange Artifacting, visible only at a certain distance, as you get closer or farther it goes away, it’s been in every map for me since the last update.
Notice the Orange and Green Splotches
It might be related to the texture/lighting flickering issues, try deleting your user_config settings file and set up fresh.

What he said. Deleting the user_config and re-setting all your settings might fix this issue.
No clue what they put in the update, but it messed with your settings in all likelihood.
