Dear loyal servants of the Emperor,
i humbly request that you add a warcry by pressing a button (for example V). Raising the weapons and cheer to the Emperors name before,during and after a tough fight would realy contribute to the experience! It also strength the coherenece of the Striketeam since nobody wants to fail in the Emperors eyes. Please have a look of the game DeepRockGalactic. They did a great job with that idea and it is really pushing the soldiers to their limits!

Honestly I feel like such a simple feature that seems silly on the surface is an amazing way to promote a sense of community between players on a team. DRG has one of the least toxic playerbases of any co-op game, and it’s partly due to the fundamental game design, but a lot of it is down to the game doing everything it can to foster a sense of unity between the players through relatively superficial stuff.
I dont know what game you were playing but after 750 hours in deep rock galactic I can tell you its the exact opposite. Deep rock probably has one of most toxic communities out there. Ive had countless interactions of people being either needlessly rude for no reason, kicking new players over the most simple of mistakes, people using hacks, or even team killing and sabotaging missions. Meanwhile after 900+ hours in Vermintide 2 I can count the number of toxic players ive seen on 1 hand.
DRG’s forum community also has an extremely bad case of toxic positivity as well where if you are not praising the game endlessly people despise you, even if you are providing valid feedback or criticism on parts of the game that could use improvement
It is not about toxic or friendly playerbase in DRG. Its about the warcry.
