Add character stats to tree and loadout page

Currently the only way of seeing your stats is by starting a mission or going into the psykanium.

Stats that I would like to see visible in order of importance:
Health
Toughness
Total stamina bonus (non-weapon specific)
Damage reduction (toughness, non-enemy specific)
Damage reduction (health, non-enemy specific)
Movement speed
Stamina usage reduction
