Issue Description:
If I get timed out in the morningstar, and rejoin without closing the game, my reload no long works, rebinding the key doesn’t work (to a new key or to the same key)
possiblely related to my Reload key binding to [unassigned] everytime I start up the game
Steps to Reproduce:
- Be in morningstar after mission
- Timeout due to activity
- Rejoin game
- Start any mission
- No longer be able to reload, or use abilities that rely on the reload key

Multiple times, has happened more then 3 times now, finally sorted it out that it only happened after activity timeout
