Mission in progress closes when player attemptes reconnet

When a player crashes during a mission (due to a multitude of reasons already being looked at here on the forums) and attempts to reconect after launching their game, Sometimes as the finish reconnecting the entire mission will boot everyone from it and close down.:

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Generally we boot up a mission on malice (we play in 4 stacks most of the time, different people not always the same group)
  2. we play for varying amounts of time
  3. one of us crash and attempts to reconnect
  4. lobby closes and boots everone back to the character select screen (there is an error message that shows when it happens, next time it occurs I will take note and update this post with it.)

about 1/3 of the time someone crashes and tries to recconect this occurs.

(it was either the 2nd last or 3rd last game of the session, cant quite remember. I think it was seccond last)
