There are fewer PvP players now，Selecting characters and loading takes a long time，experience is painfully limited.Later on, you’ll need to play 5 rounds or even 8 rounds to level up.A single round of the game takes 10-20 minutes; it’s so exhausting.We ask the administrators to seriously consider increasing the PvP experience gain to at least five times the current rate.

I kinda wish for the opposite. To stop diverting resource on the mode and focus on DLC, Talent changes, and other SP stuff
He’s asking for an increased XP rate - Rank gain. That’s hardly anything that’d divert resources. 
Devaluing any players rank 250 pvp achievement = No thanks.
To be fair rank rarely matters as I still always SEE at least 2 lobbies with Friendly Fire Legend + x5 Hero damage taken, or in other words, lobbies that farm xp
