RV’s level 30 talent,Exhilarating Vapours ,no longer affects himself,not providing him thp when it used to during BBB’s runtime.Currently it’s only providing the buffs to his own allies and not him.

Can confirm. Given that nothing was mentioned about this, I assume this is a bug.
