Zealot's Vicious Offering bugged on Mark VI and VII heavy sword upswing heavy attack

Issue Description (Required):

The talent Vicious Offering does not appear to restore extra toughness if an enemy is killed by the zealot’s upswinging heavy attack (heavy 1 on the mark VII, heavy 2 on the mark VI). The talent works for the downswing attack as well as (I think) all heavy attacks on the mark IX.
