The Indignatus Crusher's Strikedown heavy attack does not proct Vicious Offering

Issue Description (Required):

The first heavy attack from the Indignatus Crusher doesn’t activate the 10% toughness on kill ability from Vicious Offering. The second heavy attack, relentless, does proct it however.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Activate the Vicious Offering ability on the left side of the skill tree
  2. Equip the Indignatus Crusher on Zealot
  3. Use the first heavy attack on the Indignatus Crusher and achieve a killing blow on any enemy
