Vicious Offering does not work with Crusher heavy attack kills

Issue Description:
On zealot the trait “Vicious Offering” does not give extra toughness with the Crusher weapon heavy attack kills. It does however work with other weapons such as evicerator.

Steps to Reproduce:
Kill an enemy.

Reproduction Rate:
Constant (100%)
