Issue Description:
bloodletting seems to stack to 3, and crits seem to be more common too (almost a 50% chance as seen in the screenshot), yet the description doesnt mention anything about stacking, so i’ll assume it was changed in the last patch but the description was not updated (im seeing a pattern here)

hit bleeding enemies with bloodletting feat selected
