Zealot talent "Disdain" only triggers every other hit

Issue Description:
“+5% Damage on your next melee attack for each enemy hit. Stacks 5 times.”
When disdain is applied to a swing it cannot reapply disdain for the next swing. This results in the effect only triggering every other attack which based on the description of the talent seems like a bug.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter a mission (or the psykhanium.)
  2. Swing at an enemy, observe the buff icon applying in the bottom left.
  3. Swing again at an enemy, observe the extra damage applied and observe the buff icon is now not there.
