Not sure how to recreate it other than to die, but it seems like this talent isn’t kicking in at all. I tend to to go down a bit more (yes I went to gitgud.com) after this patch.
there are quiet a few things that plague sigmars chosen one. another one is his passive always goes off when he takes enough damage for that threshold to be met without DAMAGE REDUCTION, but even WITH damage reduction, it still goes off with you having like 10-15% hp left. very annoying
