Your opinion on leaving a havoc match because of specific build by teammates

played with a melee psyker and 2 shield bashers ogryns last lvl 40 i did, so long as the team has one chorus its doable

on a side note, is Havoc fixed?

If you played one match together and someone politely asks to swap build due to lack of synergy = cool

If he joins match, sees a build that he thinks won’t perform and then demands swapping build.
he a b****

The visual migrane is fixed.

If you complete a run, the havoc terminal just says “highest completed havoc level: 0”.

Do with that what you may.

It’s best not to chance it when playing havoc. Psyker was in the right.
But it is havoc sub 25 so it shouldnt really matter.
Shouldnt.

If you don’t start the mission, your teammates won’t know about your build, and apparently he can only ask you to change it at this point.

It doesn’t matter if he’s a host or not, what matters is what the chances of success of this mission are, and I don’t think it’s necessary to waste time if the chances of success on a mission are very low.

From level 16 of Havoc, Golden toughness and Bubble Shield are a must, and at around level 25, there must be at least 3 people in the team who are this kind of build, and after 30, you basically can’t allow anyone who is not this kind of build.

Infiltration Veterans can act as bubble shields if they are carrying smoke grenades, but if not, you will be of little use in High Level Havoc missions and you will not be able to protect your team.

Yes, 4 well-coordinated players can pass without such builds, but that’s not the case with most random teams, you don’t have any coordination, you don’t know each other, and you don’t use voice communication.

Of course you have the freedom to choose your build, but he also has the freedom not to trust you.

My suggestion is that if you want to use a build that isn’t meta, declare it when you form your party. Once the mission is in the preparation phase, it’s too late for your teammates to see your build and leave.

people only be able to crutch have never really finished any havoc.

did all my way to 40 with randoms and those going south my ogryn of all things was standing last and clutching with the branx.

peeps not coordinating is a thing, but personal skill always outweighs character talents and loadouts.

most of the time their one trick is saving them when actually they’re lesser skilled players, take away the talent flavor of the month and they’re back to failing damnation missions cause they dont get babysitted by their team 24/7

Not always… I tested weird builds that were catastrophic. But I guess the idea is Skills > Build, and here I totally agree.
However, most of the players don’t take any risk and use only what is OP (and not just for Havoc). So, not surprising that they take/want players with similar builds.

yep. seen awesome stuff from dudes pulling off incredible clutches i didnt deem likely at that point with loadouts i do absolutely miserably with
