Xbox Series X hard crash

On Xbox Series X, everytime the Well of Dreams level is launched, within 1-5 seconds of the level loading the game will crash and shut off the Xbox. The problem does not occur on a Series S console. I tried to record the issue, but since it shuts off the Xbox the recording is not saved.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Have an Xbox Series X
  2. Load into the Well of Dreams mission
  3. Observe

This is unusual and not widely reported. Can you please try the following and let me know if the crash persists -

  1. If you play in Online mode, delete your local save data. Online mode progress is stored safely on our servers, however Offline mode progress will be lost.
  2. Failing the above, next please try uninstalling and reinstalling Vermintide 2
