Issue Description (Required):
Encountered a bug while playing as Veteran on in which the D-Pad near the beginning of the mission suddenly stopped working to select stims/grenades,med packs & so on. It had a brief moment of working to select a med crate. For the rest of the round, completely incapable of using D-Pad but after testing the controller through use of Xbox UI menus, no issue found so game specific.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Played Chasm Logistratum
Encountered enemies, attempted to slide while reloading double barrel shotgun after alt fire, took hit by mob.
Attempt to switch to grenade (fails), attempt to switch between all & only med crate is selected. Attempt to reset controller after several minutes & then dc occurs, reentered game & bug continued.
