Xbox One - 1h sword phantom swings since 1.3 patch

Issue Summary:
Marcus and Sienna’s 1h sword and flaming sword has a lot of phantom swings since Update7 (better in update8 but still very bad).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Choose Sienna or Marcus
  2. Choose 1h sword
    3.Start fighting a horde

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)
