Issue Description (Required):

Consistent crashes during matches and constant lag even though hard wired for Internet connection and fully upto date. Happens most consistently for the first 3 to 4 matches but doesn’t go away just crashes less. I’m on Xbox series X. Has only gotten worse I’ve deleted the entire program and redownload it and it didn’t help the issue. Can’t even play a match at this point the lag is unbearable and after a few minutes it disconnects. Typically gives error code 2001 and 2014

Are you able to recall roughly when this started, or has this been an issue for you during the entire time you’ve played Darktide?

This has been about an issue for 2 months now. It honestly goes back further but saw a increase in issues 2 months ago

I deleted and redownload the game file and still disconnects roughly 2-3 times within a match for the first 3 matches, then after it drops to 1-2 disconnects a game. Wish I could just get confirmation that Xbox series X is having issues or its just specifically my case here im seeing alot of other complaints about the same issue.

Apologies I missed your previous reply. I recognise this isn’t always an option but are you able to try connecting to a mobile hotspot to see if the issues persist under another connection?

Tried that and no help but I did switch the setting from performance to quality and it helped some rubber banding but not on the disconnects and crashes… literally while typing this I’ve been disconnected 2 times in 1 match first error code was 2001 and the next was 2014. When I finished that match after reconnecting again the moment I loaded into the mourningstar I disconnected with another 2001 error. And another disconnect just wandering around the mouringstar again this time error code 2014. I’m done trying with this game just let me know when it’s updated
