Wildfire skill spreading only 2 soulblaze stacks and locking maximum spreading stacks to 4

Issue Description:
The soulblaze skill states that it will spread “up to” 4 stacks to nearby enemies when an effected enemy dies. Currenty it spreads two stacks and has a maximum of 4 stacks that can be applied by wildfire meaning that no matter how many enemies die with soulblaze stacks, nearby enemies will only be effected by a maximum of 4 stacks of soulblaze unless applied from another source such as the purgatus staff or the creeping flames augment for venting shriek. The spread stacks also do not refresh the burn duration.
This makes this keystone almost entirely useless as its maximum damage against basic poxwalkers is 20 damage per tick, meaning it does less damage that a single damage tick from the purgatus staff.

Side note: Wiggling your aim across an enemy with the purgatus staff applies more stacks and deals more damage than simply holding aim on them as it applies damage ticks more often. I believe the same issue was in vermintide 2 with sienna’s beam staff.

Steps to Reproduce:
apply any number of soulblaze stacks to an enemy and then kill them.

Wildfire: when an enemy affected by Soulfire dies, up to 4 layers of Soulfire will be scattered among nearby (within 5 meters) enemies. The total number of soulfire stacking layers applied to the new enemy will not exceed the number of layers on the dying enemy.

Does not take effect when there is only one layer of Soulfire on the enemy

When an enemy has 2~4 layers of Soulfire, it will give 2~4 layers of Soulfire to all enemies within a 5 meter radius upon death.

The way to pass the fire is to share the fire evenly, first give 1 layer of soul fire to everyone within the range, and then according to the distance, give a layer of fire to those who are close to the enemy, and those who are far away from the enemy will not be given any fire.

Example: If an enemy has only 2 layers of Soulfire, then upon death, 1 layer of Soulfire is given to all enemies within range, and then 1 layer of Soulfire is added to the closest enemy.

If the enemy has 6 layers of Soulfire and there are 10 enemies around, then after death, it is giving 1 layer of Soulfire to all enemies within range, then attaching another 3 layers of Soulfire to the closest enemy, then it is giving 3 layers to the second closest enemy, and no other enemies.

Corpse Passing Fire Bug: If there is an enemy within 5 meters of the enemy that died because of at least 2 layers of soulfire and the corpse is still burning, then the enemy will be set on fire. If the corpse itself is not on fire and the player breathes fire on the corpse, then the corpse also has a chance to ignite nearby enemies.

Because of the corpse fire bug, sometimes a corpse will ignite nearby enemies even after it has fallen, resulting in a second pass, which is usually half the level of the first pass.

(Will ignite sleeping demonic hosts, though low damage may not always wake them up)
