If I remember correctly “Enemies within, enemies without” used to give 5% toughness per second while near 3 enemies or more and “Blood redemption” was giving 100% more toughness on kill, now they reduced them by half making them pretty useless.
The veteran’s one that gives 5% toughness per second while no enemies are near wasn’t changed. Veteran also has a few way to regen toughness, the one I mentioned, the one when you kill with a weak spot which gives toughness and toughness damage reduction and the one on elite kills that gives 25% toughness now and 25% more over 5 seconds and more… Psyker has MANY ways to get toughness back and Ogryn just needs to heavy attack.
I feel like their values should be reverted to what they were and they might be worth picking again, but in their current state they barely do anything.
