Why this game has no Toggle ADS aim and no fine grain mouse sensitivity option?

As the title says it all I don’t know what more to add?

1 year after the game release there is still no way to fine tune my mouse sens nor there’s Toggle ADS aim option.

Why if I may ask? I bet there’s a lot of copy/paste code for those in GitHub at this point of gaming history.

I was told it’s a feature already, but it can only be found within a mod…
