Conversely, the original human classes should get to have the Scum hair, face paint and tattoo options. Yeah technically it’s paid DLC but all the other human classes are really lacking in cosmetic variety.

I agree. Brought up the same thing. If the DLC classes are supposed to be on par with base classes they need cosmetics from penances, penance tracker, and from the commodore.
