Am I the only one who’s kind of upset that we haven’t gotten new Commodores vestures for Arbities and now Hive scum? I really like the classes, but there are effectively no options to customize their cosmetic presentation any further. They were relatively expensive and that was somewhat expecting them to get new gear just like the other classes.

I mean, people can’t convince me that fatshark is any good at monetizing the game. The way the shop is set up goes completely against their core target group.
On top, they release classes when the player base for them is at their peak without having a second paid cosmetic rotation ready.
Not to mention mediocre reruns of cosmetics around Christmas, where some people might be willing to spend more.

The bar was already pretty damned low for the quality of ANY of the cosmetics, but the fare this year has been especially dismal. Expectations are so low they’re sitting next to dinosaur bones now.
I agree. Why haven’t they at least released one of the two lazy reskins that they have for every weapon? There could be so much more but they haven’t even achieved the minimum ( in reference to the commissary)
I understand theoretically the idea that they’re not doing anything with Arbities because they have a solid uniform, but we all know that there is still plenty of stuff that they can do with Arbities. I personally want to support this game because I like it a whole lot but they don’t have anything worth spending money on.
I am upset because I want to spend money on stupid cosmetics, but i dont even have the opportunity to waste my hard earned money in the way i see fit.
It just seems like FS isn’t optimizing for maximum profit. I just hope that tact is working well for them, despite the irritation is causes some players.
everyone asking for DLC class cosmetics, but not enough people asking for DLC class weapons. Arbites especially has god awful weapon variety
I think wat makes arbites variety uninteresting is that said weapons already existed, combat shotguns and shock mauls arbites version just higher number. Heres hoping he gets a heavy stubber
Arbites needs some cosmetics, yeah people say they have a standardized uniform but arbites in lore have special commander uniforms like black carapace armor with gold trim, some with the aquila on the chest plate, some helmets that have no visors some do, some with full filter mask amd helmet, heavy carapace riot armor, or even different style armor from different precincts same with the mastiffs. Or they could improvise the looks a bit.

I believe it was stated in an interview, part of the appeal of hive scum was to release more cosemetics, but FS not so great at execution and holiday delays are a common theme…
