Why nerf the Vigilant Autoguns?

As a Vigilant autogun (mark VII) enjoyer, I felt something was wrong. Aiming and shooting at head feels much better and satisfying than before. But the very small base damage increase traded for a massive crit damage fall off doesn’t seem fair (Especially when most of blessing are crit oriented), as in the patch notes it was said modifications were made to improve body shots reliability (??). It’s quite the opposite. Doesn’t make sense at all. Except if it’s a bug ? I wonder

Remove weapon stats already.

Yeah. As someone who occassionally does competetive shooting ranging from pistols to battle rifles I can not think of a single time a firearm has recoiled to the left or right that wasn’t due to A) misaligned compensator, B) a criminally poor stance, C) not having a secure enough grip while firing multiple shots in rapid order while the gun twists.

Seeing a burst-fire rifle jump around like a kangaroo hopped up on near-lethal doses of sugar and caffinee while my veteran was crouching was literally physically painful. As in face-planted into keyboard hard enough to leave an imprint painful. Especially when this game is made in a nation where military service is mandatory. Either Sweden assigns its recruits weapons that are years behind on armory checks if not deliberately defective, or someone is the classic “safest place to stand when Karl is on the range is in front of his barrel - everywhere else is a deathtrap”.

Real, both not realistic or game feature in general, even games with RNG Based recoil, dont have this level of shifting (Titanfall 2, CS 2), i dont even know much games with this implemented feature.
