Your job at the sharpshooter is to take out 2ndaries highlighted by your special ability. no weapon does this better then the Kantrael MG IV. Being an efficient player is being a team player.
Ideal Kantrael MG IV set up since most the secondary targets you are charged with taking out are either flaked armored or unarmored.
Maybe OP could make a thread praising Power Sword as well, since everyone obviously doesnāt know that itās bis and if they donāt use it then theyāre bad player /s.
I donāt really care if people in my team use non-meta weapon as long as they play well, why asking for 70+ weapons if weāre just gonna the same one over and over.
because power sword is going to get another nerf
Iāve used bolters and plasma gun before too. constantly reloading, being ammo hungry and hogging all the ammo and also not doing the job Iām suppose to do and not being effective with my special ability is not my type of fun.

just a hint as a vet main for your guide:
the camo perk seems to be very nice BUT the enemies will shot your matesā¦ on damnation this will become very critical. Also camo only got 90% aggro reduction and if you dont learn to listen to backstep hits you will also get a big problem on damnation.
Pros for this skill: easy hacking and easy pick up (if you are not last survivor). But during shooting mostly you have to move so you dont sell your mates to the horde.
The 75% dmg reduction is much more usefull and doesnt sell your team to the enemies. You will tank alot of ranged damage (the damage that kills most parties because it erases your toughness within seconds) and during your ultimate you got supression resistance, so you can aim pretty well even if you get bamboozled by a gatling.
so just by this fact to write āthis iperks will be most valuableā you made me mad.
Maybe its on hersey and lower. But if you go on damnation camo expert will totally crush your party if they dont know how to handle it (they could easy handle it by waiting until you finished your snipe job - but most randoms dont do so :D)
And Lasgun is pretty fine - I use it too, but its simply not the BEST gun. Its the gun that fit my playstyle and my job in my team. But it got alot of weakpoints.
What I would like to tell you: EVERY weapon and EVERY gun type will work on damnation IF you know what job you fullfill with it AND your teammates know the same about their weapons and you all play that way.

Thanks you saved me typing that up myself. Camo expert is questionable when you can just tank the aggro instead with damage reduction. Pretty anti team feat.

The Kantrael are not best in damage or best in ranged damage, those are Lucius Series LasGuns.
You have chosen the worst type of all 3 Kantrael, your Left Mouse Button is crying out loud from the spamming on it.
its very fast in shooting, but yet not accurate, unless with volley fire its accurate, also damage is quite low, Scab Rager is nearly impossible to kill unless it reaches you.
XII Series is the best option, as i see, yes it uses 3 Ammo per shot, but you get 2.2x the damage, so its even more ammo efficient that MG IV series.

Just went with the ones that I usually use & yes I got lotās of Kanreals nt only XII but also Le something & both versions are really goodā¦ but to extend like all other guns. Depends or difficulty & the company that you play with & I play randoms mostly [like 80%] & that will not change much & as I take this in to considerationā¦ game sucks & no weapon gonna change it.
we dont nead overpowered ones but more polished with full crafting unclosable as we progres , more perks[& better ones not a shity 0,6sec lasting āthingā] , more builds , etc. donāt even say that you were rushed by the company to release before christmas etc. itās your fault for it.
Maybe even creating a character you could put some points[maybe even add as you level up] or get some random modifier or chose from some like in Fallout series. As for now itās ācopy & pasteā then print.

His ability may highlight elites, which may make it easier for some people, but I can see them just fine anyway. I can also kill them just as effectively with any class.
Your entire argument for the Kantrael is null and void when you have a swarm of ragers, maulers, crushers or bulwarks trying to eat your face, whereas bolters and plasma guns excel in this situation. A single bolter round or plasma discharge hitting a swarm of enemies = how many las shots from your Kantrael to do the same amount of damage?
I think Iāll wait here and let you do the math, since youāre the one making claim that the Kantrael is better lol.

Call me a heretic but i dont enjoy the Kantrael, give me the other two varients of lasgun any day. The Accatran is my personal favourite, good enough to clear hordes and good enough for specials.
I like using the revolver too and some of the autoguns are fun. Havent used the shotgun yet or the plasma. The bolters fun. Las pistol is ok.
I play what i enjoy, not whats meta, whats the point playing the game then?

Your teamates cannot deal with melee elites properly if there is a bunch of range grunts shooting at them, when there are snipers and bombers tossing sht at them, when theres bursters approaching.
You should do the math. Its actually concerning how little people know how to play the most BASIC class in the game
Like what kind of backwards as math are you doing here? So if its the veterans job to kill elites whos taking out the bombers, snipers, range grunts, and bursters at range.

Its a PVE game you can play whatever you want if youāre skilled enough to wield it. If youāre limited with game time and want to make progress, sure follow meta builds and guides.
That said I enjoy the Kantrael MK 12 on my Veteran less than the Bolter but I run with it because it reduces the amount of time I have to spend worrying about ammo and reloading. Iām not sure if most players are aware that it does more damage the further away you are, up to a range of 40m.
Personally, I like encouraging players to try meta builds and comparing them to their own creations. For example, I ran with Eviscirator/Flamer while familiarizing myself with the game but now I run Tactical Axe/Autogun on my Zealot. The Autogun has Ghost, making me immune to ranged attacks for 0.8s and it has Crucian Roulette, providing me with 4% crit for every spent round!
It may sound silly to some players but when you consider that my Tactical Axe has Brutal Momentum, can crit on every single hit, toughness damage reduction, and TWO 50% toughness refreshes, I am afforded versatility and survivability, unlike any other Zealot build.
Also, BUFF REVOLVER AND SHOTGUN RELOAD SPEED + GIVE REVOLVER EVEN MORE AMMO K THX

You are definitely not wrong all the time, but people will argue with you or disagree with you much more often, as an emotional response, because of the way you express yourself.
