something that has been bothering me about darktide, why would the developers cap the amount of items we can receive from playing the game to 20 a week? and why hide this information?
I don’t understand the design intent behind this. I’ve never seen it in any other game I have played.
if your going to cap items why not at least give us a counter in the UI indicating this?
if a @Community or @Developer can clarify the reasoning on why its set up like this I would appreciate.
That would explain why I suddenly stopped getting anything after lv 15 when I grinded my Zealot to lv 30 in a single week.
Damn that’s weird they wouldn’t even mention it. I’ll just, add it to the pile with the other obscure and incredibly strange design decisions Fatshark has made with this game…
Because sooner or later you would have enough good items and then there would be no need to check this wonderful item store. And if you don’t check the item store, then you won’t walk past the real money store regularly… you get the point, right? 
I think I’m starting to get the point ; they want you to buy the game, but they don’t want you playing it too much, because it’s not finished 
Either that or they care about me and think I should go play better games ! Or go touch grass or smthing
no answer in a week. still no indicator you’ve reached the gift cap and I’ve lost interest in logging in to check rng store for the weapon I’m looking for. I’m not doing 25 missions for currency to use in another rng store, those weekly tasks are stupid and per character instead of account wide just like everything else.
bought horizon zero, god of war, spiderman, ff7 intergrade and uncharted during sale. I don’t feel like im playing slot machines with horizon zero or god of war, progression feels great and I’m in control. also none of these games have a hidden weekly reward cap just like every other game i have played. darktide was fun while leveling my first character but there is no reason to continue especially when there are so many better games out there that don’t screw you over.
haven’t launched darktide during this time and finally uninstalled. I’m out.
