the effect should be added to the base coherency mechanic instead to compensate for it’s removal, with each person in coherency contributing 1% CDR on elite kill, with a 3-5 sec internal cooldown. That way coherency still helps against massed elites, but the effect is diminished with fewer team members (so you can’t exploit it soloing), can’t proc multiple times consecutively (preventing ult spamming at high elite densities

That’s true, I forgot about that suggestion my bad. 1% CDR on Elite kill with a 3-5 second internal timer is pretty reasonable for an ability that would be intrinsic to Psyker.

The current Psy Aura spot should be occupied by that .25 Stamina regen delay and no Stamina consumption for sprinting for allies in coherency buff though. The actual numbers might need to be tweaked in practice but it should be Stamina focused.

Wouldn’t the compensatory buff be removing stack decay for a oeriod of time if Soulblaze is already at 16 (max) stacks?
