Feels like since this last update, enemies aren’t getting marked properly. I’m fighting bruisers in melee and see random shooters are marked 40 meters away or I see nothing marked in view when it should be the enemy in front of me. I’ve also had an enemy I’m about to hit who is marked lose his mark to someone right next to it for no reason. Also not getting anything for not landing the killing blow is frustrating when all the game spams is specials who can’t be marked or ogryn enemies.

I usually go by the “week or two after an update update” approach for things to stabilize in game.
