Verifying file integrity helps to reduce to stutters but not eliminate them
The horrible stutters are also related to enemies spawning in, everyone in our party had a massive 2 second freeze when a group of roamers or horde spawned in on Smelter Complex.
Just tried a game after the patch. I never had hitching issues before, now it’s like the game is trying to convince me they were there all along. WTF. I also get hard freezes where you can’t ALT-F4 or Task manager kill the application, making me have to restart my PC.
