Using the same voice, I don’t think I heard a single line, last run. What are you guys hearing?
They’ve put some kind of filter over it, assumedly to make it sound more ogrin’y. But it just sounds like they’re pumping it through a cheap set of speakers with an underpowered amplifier. Grainy and buzzy.
I mean, I guess it coulda done with a little bass boost, but it was perfectly serviceable as-is.
Grainy and buzzy usually means that the person is far enough away that they’re coming in over vox bead. Is it possible that something broke and you’re getting the “comms” version of your own voice?
It doesn’t sound like the vox voice. Even those voices sound clearer than this does.

I had it, and it went away when I took off the beta hat. Did you guys wear/not wear the beta hat?
