Weaves crashing for host on the end screen

When end screen is supposed to come up, host crashes. We haven’t been able to find what causes it, it happens sometimes.

When this happens, the host does not get the ranked weave completed, and has to redo it.
Also, the leaderboard won’t get updated for any of the players. It will still list the last weave you did without host crashing as the highest weave completed.

I’m also getting this error. Not sure what’s causing it?
Been happening since the last update that Patched the Weave 95 crashes. But is happening on most weaves i’ve played now

This appears to be a mod-related crash.

Is there a way to know which mod? So players doing weaves right now can get trough them without having alot of crashes.
