Weave-Forged weapons don't get bloody

Issue Description (Required):

Extended combat normally accrues blood on melee weapons. For whatever reason, this doesn’t apply to weave-forged weapons.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Pick a normal weapon skin
  2. Whack the training dummy a bunch, since it bleeds, apparently
  3. Notice bloody weapon
  4. Equip weave-forged variant of the same skin
  5. Continue training dummy abuse
  6. Notice clean weapon

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
