[Weapon Interaction] Using second action on power sword deactivates lasgun flashlight

Issue Description:
Activating the lasgun flashlight (Accatran and Kantrael models) and then swapping to the power sword, activating its energizing second action, and then reequipping the lasgun deactivates the flashlight, requiring constant reactivation.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Activate lasgun flashlight (secondary action)
  2. Swap to power sword (Q)
  3. Activate power sword energy (secondary action)
  4. Swap to lasgun, flashlight now disabled (Q)
