Power Sword energized duration bug clarification

Issue Description:
I was hoping to narrow the issue regarding the Power Sword energized duration inconsistency. Further testing demonstrates that activated/energized attacks following a single-hit activated/energized attack suffer the reduced energized duration and is reproducible with a 100% success rate. Activated/energized attacks that follow a multiple-hit activated/energized attacks do not have a reduced energized duration.

Most common game-play scenarios are:

  1. Energizing a Power Sword and killing an enemy in one hit, then energizing a Power Sword again to attack a different enemy
  2. Energizing a Power Sword for a single Heavy attack, then energizing again to do more attacks.,

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Activate/Energize Power Sword
  2. Attack any enemy with a single light or heavy attack
  3. Activate/Energize Power Sword
  4. Attack any enemy with chained attacks.
