I find myself more and more often with gear that i know my friends would love to have. So i suggest to implement a trading system. I believe the most balanced would be that players can only trade items, no currency for that will invite a predatory practice and i think that the best would that you have to be friends to trade or have played a few matches with that person to trade gear in order to avoid bad practices like the ones that can be seen in other games that have action houses or trading system where players with IN game currancy can purchase high tier gear with little to no work
